Poler v2.11 - Dashboard Redesign
Poler v2.11 is now available on the App Store, and it introduces a small but significant change: a redesigned sessions dashboard.
It's a redesign of only one screen in the app. But it's an important change, because it's a significant redesign of the main screen of the app, and the first screen that the user sees on launch.
Let's have a look at the new design next to the old.
The old design worked just fine, but it was a little bit 'busy', and some of the controls were a little bit cramped.
The new design is cleaner and clearer, and the information is more easily read at a glance. The controls are more thoughtfully arranged and more useable as a result. Support for larger text sizes has also been improved, with the layout now adjusting gracefully to adapt. Subjectively, I think it's a much more attractive design.
